Privacy policy

Draft for implementation review. The final policy must be completed with the operating entity’s legal details, actual vendors, retention periods and deployed data practices before launch.

1. Information you provide

Depending on the feature you use, the platform may collect contact details and information about your loan requirement, such as loan type, amount range, city and answers you choose to provide in an assessment. Do not provide passwords, OTPs or full payment-card details.

2. How information may be used

Information may be used to respond to your request, operate and secure the platform, improve tools, attribute enquiries to marketing campaigns and—where you have given appropriate consent—share your enquiry with relevant service providers or lending partners.

3. Sharing and partner status

Before a live enquiry is submitted, the final interface must clearly explain what information is collected, why it is needed and with whom it may be shared. Informational lender listings must not be represented as active partnerships.

4. Cookies and measurement

The deployed site may use essential cookies and, if enabled, analytics or advertising measurement. The final policy and consent controls must match the actual configuration and applicable requirements.

5. Security and retention

Access should be limited by role and business need. The operator must define retention periods, protect data in transit and at rest, and maintain a process for handling deletion, correction or other valid data requests.

6. Contact and updates

Before launch, add the responsible legal entity, a monitored privacy contact, effective date and a process for privacy requests. This draft is not a substitute for a legal review.
